HIDEOUS FACE OF FOOTBALL IN AFRICA

Despite the number always important, of talented players in Africa, people have not guessed that behind these outstanding players: Samuel Etoo, Toure, there is a big ocean.

African football has a screaming bad: limited time offer not lack of infrastructures, but they want of decent infrastructure for quality labor exists.

In 1990 an African team (The Cameroon) arrives for the first time in the quarter-final of the World Cup. Cameroonian teams were made up of much more local player’s titular than professional. The name of Roger Milla told you anything? At that time, a big name in world football (Sir Bobby Charlton) went to Cameroon to see the secret of the success of Cameroon. Being in Yaounde, he went to a neighborhood are a marvel, where the Olympic Mvolye team is practicing. You have to know that: Nkunde Emmanuel, Njaka Beanka, Eta Tate, Stephen, and Victor Ndip Akem all defenders of that National team where playplaying in Olympic of Mvolye. After a training session, he said: I am very, very surprised with the quality of Cameroonian players and their performance at the World Cup that, in this country we are playing and is training to play football on sandy pitch and field earth. I came to see the secret of their success is unthinkable.

Yes! What surprised Bobby is the daily of young African player and his football. If you add to that the mismanagement of sports policy, you will understand that these players, I mean players who come out of these countries have an Iron mental. We wonder why not even let the management of Federations to former footballers because they lived similar situations, they have the expertise needed to lift these countries out of those endless No! For those who run their football treats them very often illiterate. Consequence, footballers plays football, politicians and leaders of federations become richer.

The worst thing is the mass exodus of African footballers to Europe, Asia, etc.... add to that indebtedness of families already living in unbearable poverty. What about the face that returns the practice of this discipline of these countries? National championships are struggling, shaken by unprecedented uncertainty, premiums homeopathic dose, lack of sports policy, with the coronation mass exodus of players. Understandably, the sport subsisting on the willingness of some people who plead without expecting anything in return, presents a bleak image, a critical state in which the sanctions should now be directed.

Governments in these countries had to fight to re-brand their image, a record of all outrages. The proof, behaviors of African players in World Cup (Cameroon, Ghana, Nigeria). If only this was a mismanagement problem, it would be resolved fairly quickly. It is a planning problem. Over there, things manage day to day challenges all management sciences. We will call it improvisation. But the toughest part is that even in improvisation some experience takes. For us it is nothing other than the Witchcraft. We may say that these players are not patriotic because premiums CLAIM but let us be serious. How comes that players play and leaders are already planning their prime and not that for the actors. Add to this a lack of vision; you will see that African football will die if the thing does not do otherwise.
