MANCHESTER UNITED & ARSENAL IN WEAKNESS

After the boredom, the Red Devils and the Gunners were neutralized at Old Trafford (1-1). A surprise purge leaving Manchester United a little hope to hang third place synonymous with direct qualification for the Champions League.

At the announcement of the tenure Radamel Falcao in the starting lineup Mancunian, all football fans went in search of lost time. This golden era, when the Tiger was not a kitten, when he shook the goalkeepers and their nets every time he trod a lawn. This afternoon, it was beautiful to look everywhere, the predator was not there. Instead of world class striker we knew, we delivered a cheap forgery. Damn, give this man quality crampons! True skater, the Colombian missed the last chance he had to finally do something good with Manchester United. I must say that this afternoon, no one really shined. Fortunately for Falcao, even bad stories have an ending. So why not go redo a ride side at Diego Simeone?
The Gunners without ammunition

Exceptionally match, exceptional: Radamel Falcao holds at Old Trafford to challenge the Gunners. At the tip of the 4-1-4-1 set up by Louis van Gaal, the Colombian would like finally pass a game in the jersey of Manchester United. But before the incessant ballet balloons swayed from one side to the other, it is not clear how players will be able to highlight this afternoon. After ten minutes of goal to goal, Manchester United takes things in hand and concerned the Gunners, once on a call Falcao (9th), and then a shot of Smalling, forgotten in a corner (10th). Very low, Wenger's players suffer greatly, especially as Fellaini played every minute just a little more. Falcao, he moves a lot, but slides too. Cazorla and Özil, aka Gilbert Montagné and Ray Charles plays his eyes closed. Inevitably, it does not help to put the passes in the feet.

Spent a little crazy gesture of Phil Jones, who likes to defend with his head on the ground level, we must face the facts: there is not much to put in their mouths. After another stupidity Jones, leave the Red Devils attack. Fellaini shifted on its left side, Young Center for Herrera, who has time to adjust his shot to beat Ospina (30th). A minute later, Young returns humiliate Bellerin but the center can not find anyone. Shy, naive, or even not involved, the Gunners did not even try to raise their level of play. Without playing an exemplary way, the Red Devils play with their weapons and provide most. A statistic will suffice to illustrate the weakness of London ambitions this afternoon at half time, Giroud and his teammates did not hit once at goal.

The return of Valdés, the chance to Walcott

After the break, nothing has really changed. The Reds keep the ball while the Gunners just wait quietly in their own half. Radamel fights a lot, but a footballer mounted soap bars can not do much face Laurent Koscielny. On the hour, one wonders how the spectators at Old Trafford still manage to stay awake as the proposed show is horribly boring. Even when playing a qualifying place in C1, thin! The only high point finally arrives when Falcao gave way to Van Persie, after a performance - how to say? - Very limited. Olivier Giroud, who is very successful its controls, but only its controls, comes up against De Gea and finally opens the meter of London occasions (61).

Protected Arsene Wenger finally begin to play a little football and even Ramsey manages to lob De Gea, but Marcus Rojo, impeccable, removes the Gunner in extremis foot balloon (70th). At 33, Víctor Valdés crowd for the first time this season the Old Trafford pitch. The former FC Barcelona is back. But the real star of this gloomy afternoon, it's Ashley Young, who laughs again all the defense in one acceleration (75th). As Clooney in Ocean's Eleven, Walcott, freshly entered the game goes for goal. Blackett, who has replaced Rojo, against typing and deflected into his own goal (82). On his only ball game, Van Persie sends a half-volley into the clouds (87th). We were expecting a shock, we had a purge. Proof that Sunday is rarely cool.
